Discount Policy

Welcome to Smart Sell Hub. This page explains how our discounts and promo codes work across our store.

1) Welcome Discount – 10% for New Subscribers

• Eligibility: Available to new email subscribers only.
• How it works: Enter your email in the sign-up form. A 10% discount code will be sent to your inbox.
• Validity: Codes expire 7 days after they are issued, unless stated otherwise.
• Usage: One (1) code per customer and per order. Enter the code at checkout before completing payment.
• Combinations: Not combinable with other discounts, automatic promotions, or bundles unless explicitly stated.
• Exclusions: Gift cards are excluded. Taxes, shipping, and protection plans are not discounted.
• Minimum purchase: No minimum purchase is required unless the offer specifically states otherwise.

2) Other Promotions & Auto-Discounts

• If an automatic discount is applied at checkout, coupon codes may be disabled. The best available eligible discount will apply.
• Some promotions are product- or collection-specific and may have their own terms on the promotion page.

3) Currency & Rounding

• Discounts are calculated in the checkout currency. Small differences may occur due to currency conversion and rounding.

4) Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Refunds are issued based on the amount actually paid after discounts (the discount value itself is not refunded or reinstated).
• If a return changes the order’s eligibility for a promotion (e.g., dropping below a required threshold), the refund may be adjusted accordingly.

5) Fair Use & Abuse

• Discount codes are non-transferable and may not be sold, published on coupon sites, or used multiple times beyond the stated limit.
• We may cancel any order and/or code if misuse, duplicate sign-ups, or fraud is suspected.

6) Changes to Offers

• We reserve the right to modify or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.
