At Smart Sell Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how you can request a return, exchange, or refund for orders placed on smartsellhub.shop.
1) Eligibility Window
We accept returns within 31 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and tags.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are non-returnable once opened (see Section 6).
2) How to Start a Return
- Go to your order page and sign in using the same email you used for your purchase.
- Open the order you wish to return.
- Click on "Request a Return" under the order details.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your return request.
- Once your return is approved, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label.

3) Return Shipping Costs
All eligible returns are covered with free return shipping. Customers do not pay any fees for returning their items.
4) Refund Method & Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
5) Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items at no additional cost. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please submit a return request and specify "Exchange" as your reason.
6) Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Health and personal care products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Opened packaging for hygiene-sensitive items
