Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States Warehouse Products: Estimated delivery within 4–15 business days.
  • International Warehouse (China): Estimated delivery within 10–25 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, customs, or carrier delays.

All prices are listed and processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Customers in Canada or other countries will be charged in USD, and their bank or card provider may apply a currency conversion fee.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

Tracking

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships.
  • You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Split Shipments

For faster delivery, items in the same order may ship separately. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local post office/courier.
  • If your package is still not found, please contact us within 30 days of the marked delivery date at info@smartsellhub.shop.
